Patience Kapedeh Patience grew up living with 75 other children in an orphanage in Buchanan. She graduated in 2009 and hopes to become a teacher one day. |

Fanta Cephas Fanta lives in Monrovia. Her mother has ten children to provide for, and was not able to afford Fanta’s school fees. Fanta was supported by our scholarship for three years and successfully graduated in 2009. |

Comfort Sirleaf LEF supported Comfort in her senior year of high school and her first year of college at Zion University. She lives with her parents and sister in Monrovia, and she sings with a choir at her local church. |

John Bakay John’s parents were unable to support his education and so during much of his teenage years he wasn’t able to attend school. He was 21 years old when we began supporting him, and in 2009 he graduated high school. |

Brenda Sirleaf Brenda was supported by our scholarship for three years. She lives in Monrovia and loves to play basketball. Brenda graduated high school in Spring 2010 and is attending the University of Liberia for Accounting and Management. |
